Booking Information & Terms

All treatments are subject to availability and certain packages may not be available during peak season and bank holidays, we have the right to withdraw packages at any time.

General Booking Information

• Treatments on packages need to be pre booked and cannot be changed on the day.
• Cancellations must be 48-hour notice, no shows will incur 100% charge.
• 100% deposits are required at time of booking for packages and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• 50% deposits are required at time of booking for treatments and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All prices are subject to change.
• Please advise of any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, ongoing medical treatments, or injuries that may affect your
  choice of treatments when booking.
• All guests must be 16 + for treatments (16 -18 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
• Off peak times are midweek, peak times are Saturday and Sunday.
• Demand for treatments is high, especially at the weekend, advanced bookings are recommended.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booking in order to complete a consultation form.
• Late arrival may result in treatment time being shortened or cancelled and will be charged in full.
